Holistic, individual therapy for anxiety, depression & OCD

A holistic approach to mental health counseling

I also specialize in exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). ERP helps reduce obsessive thoughts, compulsions, and anxiety by gently and gradually confronting fears in a supported, collaborative way. This approach allows you to build confidence, trust your own mind again, and reclaim the freedom that OCD has taken from you.

While evidence-based therapies like CBT and ERP are central to my work, I believe that meaningful change often requires support in multiple areas of life. I seek to help clients move toward holistic transformation, recognizing the powerful connection between your mental health and your:

  • Physical well-being

  • Emotional resilience

  • Relationships and support systems

  • Spiritual or values-based identity

  • Daily routines, habits, and environments

  • Practical stressors and life transitions

Together, we’ll look beyond symptoms and explore the deeper patterns, stressors, and life experiences that influence your emotional health. You deserve a life guided by clarity and possibility—not by fear, doubt, or overwhelm. I’d be honored to help you take the next step.

I believe that effective therapy begins with truly understanding each person as a whole. I am passionate about getting to know your individual story, your unique needs, and the challenges you’re facing, so we can work together toward meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.

I provide evidence-based, holistic mental health counseling with a focus on helping people navigate anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and depression. These struggles can be overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating—but you don’t have to face them alone. With the right support and tools, healing is absolutely possible.

I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients work through anxiety, stress, and depression. CBT is a highly effective approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and teaches you practical skills for breaking negative patterns, managing overwhelming feelings, and regaining control of your life.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, call 1.800.633.4227 or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
